UK Deliveries

To make receiving your products as convenient as possible, we have a range of delivery options including next day delivery for orders placed before 12noon from Monday to Thursday.

We have partnered with Royal Mail to ensure the best delivery methods possible and all our orders include a free dispatch SMS and email notification so that you know when your delivery is on its way. We also cater to international deliveries using localised couriers so that you can also get your Equi Botanics goodies wherever you are in the world.

When will I receive my order?

Our Royal Mail Special Delivery is very popular and gets to you guaranteed by 1pm the next day, it’s the perfect option for fast and safe delivery. Just be sure to place your order before noon.

Our next service is the Royal Mail First Class delivery where your package will be with you within 48 hours. 

We also offer express delivery with DHL to almost every country in the world.

All our delivery options also come with delivery status SMS or email, so you know when you will receive your parcel. All our UK delivery options come with a tracking number, so you can always keep track of your parcel.

All orders placed over the weekend will be packed and dispatched on Monday morning, and Tuesday in the event of a bank holiday.

International Deliveries

We have multiple, cost effective delivery options for countries outside of the United Kingdom. Please add the product to your basket to view pricing options at the checkout.


The customer is responsible for all customs fees. If the customer's country or region charges fees (import tariff, value-added tax, customs handling fees, etc.), the customer must pay the charge(s). 


This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from a retailer or other online retailer then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.

We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of receipt, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging.

Please have your name and order number printed on the outside of the return package, so we can then sort this when it arrives in our warehouse.

Assuming the item(s) are in good condition we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies, there may be at least 5 days’ delay in being credited.

Damaged Items

We try to provide exceptional service, however rough handling during shipping is outside of our control.
On the rare occasion, there is a problem with your package, we offer hassle-free refunds or replacements. Please simply email with your order number and a photo and description of the damage. We will process this for you.
If you purchased from another authorised retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.
Please note that refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned items.
